The first training session was held on March 25 and 26, 2010 on the topic « Complaint handling : Study and follow-up ».

16 heads of the Ombudsman institutions and the national institutions of Human Rights of Serbia, Andorra, Turkey, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Palestine, Lebanon, Algeria and Morocco, took part in the work of this session.

This formation was framed by four high-level experts from Malta, Spain, France and Morocco. The Maltese and Moroccan speakers conducted practical workshops, during which the Ombudsman’s actual cases of intervention were exposed.
