This Conference gathered the Presidents of the four netwporks of Ombudsmen AOM, AOMF, IOI and FIO. They adopted the Tirana Declaration whete they committed to follow and to exercer a continuous positive pressure on states press to fulfill their obligations towards human rights, and to developp concrete cooperation within their networks in the countries of origin, transit and destination for the migrants and refugees in order to strenghthen the protection of their rights along their migratory route.
